Offering spacious, single-level resort living, this seaside getaway is on the 14th floor, one floor from the top, with impeccable ocean views. Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this single-level layout features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, a full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the main bedroom suite with a walkout to balcony and its own private bath. The chef of the group will feel right at home with the stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen. Plus, everyone can enjoy central air conditioning, a washer, a dryer, and more. This condo is accessible without stairs. This Sea Colony vacation rental features three TVs and access to the owner's beach locker along with free WiFi throughout.

THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
