You'll love the vaulted ceilings, radiant heating, and world-class views of the Oregon Coast through the west-facing walls of floor-to-ceiling windows. You'll find this condo on the second floor of Nedonna Views, a bright, contemporary, oceanfront complex on the north side of Rockaway Beach. A trail at the bottom of the stairs leads directly to the sand, and the condo's ocean views extend all the way to Neahkahnie Mountain. You'll also be within walking distance of Crescent Lake (just across Highway 101) and a few minutes from the shops and restaurants in downtown Rockaway Beach one mile south. THINGS TO KNOW Please note that the elevators are indefinitely out of service. This second-floor condo is only accessible by stairs.
