This is the Oregon Coast as you're meant to experience it - with a wrap-around deck and patio, walls of windows that frame the ocean, and the beach only steps away. This beachfront home is located in the community of Nedonna Beach, where Nehalem Bay meets the ocean two miles north of Rockaway Beach. Inside, you'll be greeted by a main living space (accessed by a flight of stairs) that's open and comfortable, offering dramatic views of the ocean through the many picture windows. There's a soft sectional sofa where you can watch TV, another sofa and a dining room table with commanding views of the water, and a full kitchen with all the essential appliances and plentiful cabinet storage. When you're not collecting seashells or riding the waves on the beach, you'll have an expansive patio and deck where you can relax in the ocean breeze, a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels, and five light-filled bedrooms to choose from. One of the bedrooms - an oceanfront primary suite - even has its own sitting area, a private bathroom, access to the balcony, and a desk workspace where you can use the free WiFi to catch up on emails. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
