K&L Coastal Retreats was created by two small vacation rental owners that shared the dream of owning and operating a vacation rental business without having to slow down living life and sacrificing personal travel goals and experiences by being leashed to the phone 24/7. By combining time and resources, Kent and Laura, were able to build a company that allows them to truly disconnect when it is most important. Being present in the moment, and on vacation is something most strive for. Prioritizing this time with family and friends is the reason K&L Coastal Retreats exists.

Property information

This is a duplex with identical floor plans, upper and lower units, each with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, and fully stocked kitchen. This house has been decorated to preserve some of the original charm of a Jax Beach home built in 1946, but has many modern updates for your comfort and convenience. The upper large deck is located out the back door of the upper unit, but can be accessed by the downstairs unit via the outdoor stairwell between the main house and the garage.
