The property owner lives next door, but the property is situated to ensure a sense of peaceful seclusion for guests. This home is not suitable for children or pets (high-bank waterfront).

I have lived in Sequim since 2017 and love this area. I enjoy the tranquility of this area, with the large pine trees and view of the bay. Having recently build my home, I am now renting my studio so that others can enjoy the Pacific Northwest as much as I do.

This quaint one bedroom home was built above a large garage, offering beautiful view of Sequim Bay along with the serenity and peacefulness associated with a rural setting. It is situated on a dead-end road, with low traffic just outside of Sequim WA. The Olympic Discovery Trail is just a few steps away (literally just outside the door) and is ideal for biking or a peaceful walk. Sequim offers a variety of other outdoor activities including fishing, golfing, visiting our many Lavender Farms, or take a walk to the New Dungeness Light House, along the nation's longest natural sand spit. There are also a variety of annual festivals including the Sequim Irrigation Festival, Sequim Lavender Weekend or the Sequim Sunshine Festival. You may also enjoy walking the downtown area to visit our many quaint shops and restaurants, or take a walk through John Wayne Marina. Sequim is a beautiful place to relax and unwind!
