Built in 2007, this spacious retreat spans 2120 square feet, providing ample room for relaxation and comfort featuring a total of 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms to accommodate everyone's needs. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Lake Murray, which showcases the best views of the lake and indulge in various water activities such as boating, fishing, kayaking, sailing, skiing, swimming, and tubing are all allowed, making the most of your lakeside getaway. Ensuring the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have installed cameras at the front door and the dock area. • Property treated for pests. Lakes provide habitat for a variety of creatures. The owner is not responsible for wildlife or insects. • Guests using motorized water toys must adhere to Lake Murray's NO WAKE zones. Close to the docks is a NO WAKE ZONE. Please go into bigger water if you want to boat, tube, or jet ski. Children must be supervised by an adult when on the dock, swimming, or using any water toys as needed. • Before checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions. • Property damage protection is included to cover any damages to the premises during your rental period, subject to exclusions and limitations. Guests are responsible for any damage not covered by the policy and for costs exceeding the insurance limit. For stays longer than 30 days, please reach out to us with your inquiry, and we will coordinate with the property owner to confirm availability. Kindly note that an additional fee may be applied for stays of 30 days or more to cover damage protection.
