Welcome to 1 Shadow, a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home on the quiet North end of Sunriver. This reverse-living home includes air conditioning, a private hot tub and three suites!
The primary suite is spacious, located upstairs with a king bed. Downstairs has the other two bedrooms and family room with all new furniture. One room includes a queen bed and the other has two twins. The house is light and bright, providing you with a large private lower deck with outside seating and a hot tub.
The living room boasts two skylights to let in that natural sunlight and includes a wood burning fireplace, cable TV, flat screen and wi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals and it opens into the dining area with an additional skylight. The kitchen recently got all new stainless steel appliances. Additionally, there is a family room area with a TV and sliding door that opens onto the private deck including access to the BBQ and private hot tub.
