Luxurious Studio Suite Condo on scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach nestled perfectly between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Condo has been completely remodeled & professionally decorated throughout with brand new furnishings. Condo sleeps up to 4 w/ a cozy King Bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa. The condo sits beside the complex's two pools, hot tub, and grilling area. Conveniently located on the property are a variety of shops, restaurants, & seasonal activities including live music and fire pits. STUDIO CONDO Professionally decorated condo with luxurious touches create a relaxing atmosphere. Smart TV allows guests to wind down and watch a movie after a long day at the beach.  Kitchenette comes complete with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishes, mini refrigerator/freezer, and toaster- making it easy to make a delicious breakfast, heat up leftovers or pick up a dinner from downstairs and stay in.  Right behind the sofa, guests will find a dining area with seating for 2. Studio comes with the use of two backpack style beach chairs that guests are welcome to take to the beach, as well as beach towels!
