The open floor plan allows guests to spread out easily and having bedrooms on each floor adds a much-needed touch of privacy during your stay. There are two king suites, one on the main level and the other one on the second level. The living room is a great place to unwind indoors and features a large TV, two sofas and two armchairs strategically placed near the TV, and a ceiling fan to keep things cool. The dining area is right by the living room featuring an elegant wooden dining table, perfect for family meals. However, if you're in a rush to go out and enjoy the beach, the kitchen island is ideal for quick snacks and meals on the go. Speaking of the kitchen, it's been beautifully appointed with modern, stainless steel appliances to make cooking a breeze. The French door fridge will keep your groceries and goodies nice and fresh, while the dishwasher will take care of your dishes after lunch. Additionally, it features a convenient wine fridge! Speaking of convenience, this charming beach abode also features a private washer/dryer combo. Outside, the enclosed yard will be the ultimate gathering spot with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, a private heated swimming pool, four chaise lounges, an outdoor dining area, a new Weber grill, an outdoor fridge, and a 55” TV by the pool, perfect for football games by the pool. Swimming at the end of the day will surely relax your sore muscles! Midday barbecues will be a thing thanks to all the outdoor equipment you'll find at Shore Thing–don't hesitate to show your grilling skills and surprise your family and friends with delicious grilled steaks, veggies, or burgers. For a more quiet and relaxing time, you'll find two outdoor porches on each floor.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 40 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
