Snugly nestled at the foot of the Ellicottville mountains, this Wildflower townhome provides easy access to skiing (across the street from Holiday Valley), hiking, fishing, golf and a whole host of nature activities. With the village of Ellicottville only a 15-20 minute walk (or very short drive) away, the nearby comforts of civilization include plentiful shops, restaurants and other attractions. You can't beat this location if you are looking for a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle.

The village of Ellicottville has many restaurants (our favorites are West Rose, Dina's and Ellicottville Brewing Company) and shops (Mud Sweat and Gears, Watson's chocolates, Alexandria, etc.). Holiday Valley ski resort is across the street and Holimont isn't far either. There is a small pond right outside the unit, tons of parking, and lots of nature. A car is likely needed to get to the unit but once there, almost everything you could want to do will be within walking distance, from the slopes, to shop, to restaurants.
