Important Property Notes • Please note that the home is equipped with a 30-gallon water heater. We kindly ask guests to stagger their shower routines to ensure a continuous supply of hot water during their stay. • We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays. Guests are required to sign and abide by the Vacation Rental Agreement provided upon booking. A signed agreement is required within 24 hours of making your reservation, or, if your stay is within 24 hours, within one hour of making your reservation. Please check your email or call your host Carolina Mornings Luxury Vacation Rentals if not received after booking. Failure to complete the Vacation Rental Agreement will result in your reservation being canceled and/or you will not be allowed access to the rental property.
