Need to know the hottest restaurants, or about the happening music scene? I’m your gal. The owners of this home are traveling, and we, your hosts Ellen and Tori, are available to answer any questions that may arise. We respond to messages within an hour, usually sooner. Although you will likely not see us throughout your stay, we, and our staff, live in the area, and can assist as needed.

The three-bedroom two story home has modern amenities, a Traeger grill, an outdoor fire pit, a gym, a fireplace, and a basketball hoop in the driveway. This three bedroom home is owned and lived in, by a local family. The family is out of town during your requested dates, and is offering their home to you, their guests. There are a few closets that will be closed and locked, and the garage is off-limits. You do have full access to the laundry room. The basement apartment is a separate listing, that may be also rented out. It’s listed as Baby Bella, here on AirBnB. If you have rented Sopra Bella, another guest may be in Baby Bella. They have their own separate entrance, and you will have no interaction with them. If you would like the full house, which is called Bella, please inquire for that too. (Four total bedrooms) The grand piano is in commercial use, and is off-limits. There are no exceptions to this rule. The garage and any closets that are locked are also off limits. The basement apartment is also off-limits, unless you have specifically rented it as well.

This home is in the desirable Northwest section of town, where upper middle-class families have homeschooled children playing in the streets, and retired neighbors garden outside during the the daytime. You can expect to see a flock of turkeys walking down the street, and maybe a mother deer and her fawn, in the front yard. This cozy neighborhood in the hills is next to bike paths, parks and playgrounds. It’s 3 miles from Oregon State University and downtown Corvallis. 60 miles from Portland International Airport, and 75 minutes to the beach. One spot in the driveway, and unlimited on-street parking, in the direction of traffic.
