My wife Kay and I are constantly working to make our homes the best for our guests. We strive to provide the best customer service, cleanliness, safety and amenities for our guests. Having stayed at various short term rentals we know what works and what doesn't. We take pride in giving our guests a 5-star experience. We look forward to your stay. Because the owners (Ryan, wife, and mother) live right in front of this Airbnb, and because there is almost always at least 1 adult home, personal live assistance is a convenience. Upon check-in, the phone numbers of all 3 owners will be provided to tenants for assistance via text or call.

Property information

Entire place to yourself. Converted garage with new flooring, paint, carpet and kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked. Complimentary beverage station and many other items. Pool at doorstep, opened from late May to early September with beach towels provided. High speed internet, central heat and AC, large 4k TV. Toys and games provided. Baby gear available (ex: bassinet, highchair, walker, etc). Free private parking for 2 cars. Very quiet and peaceful. No smoking. No pets.

This property is tucked inside a very small private neighborhood of only a dozen homes. There is NO OUTLET, and there are 2 cul-de-sacs, which means low traffic, high safety and privacy.
