Authentically-restored 3 Bed 2 Bath near I-30 I-20 and 161 and close to All Attractions Arlington/Grand Prairie/Dallas have to offer: Six Flags, AT&T Stadium, Epic indoor Water Park, Downtown Dallas all 20 minute or less. Relax in our glamorous 1940's Decor and feel like you're living in an old-time movie. 60" HDTV + Netflix for movies. Huge COVERED patio overlooks private, fenced back yard.The listing is for the main house ONLY. The property has also a guesthouse rented independently and has his own private backyard and private entrance. No pet, No smoking
