Any object left by a previous guest or part of the apartment, can be a non intentional hazard, depending on the age of the guest. Be aware and let us know if you need us to take action on any repair or part removal during your stay. We are not responsible if you get injure or damage for parts or objects left by other guests or parts of the apartment and that we didn’t notice at the cleaning or maintenance time.Thanks!

This is a quiet neighbour, out of the crowds and sounds of the south beaches.
