After working hard and playing hard, a comfy bed with high-quality linens ensures you’ll be rested and ready for the next day. **Please note that due to the age of the house, the pipework has been known to bang when the heating is turned on. This means that the space is not suitable for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise. **We may require a deposit for single-night bookings, last-minute reservations, and large booking groups. This can be retained for noise complaints, unauthorised parties, excessive uncleanliness, or damage beyond normal use.
