Studio Speedway is in the heart of the city and is conveniently located near many amenities without getting in a car. It has a private, enclosed patio and entrance and you can park right next to the studio in an off-street parking lot that is part of the property.
I've lived in Tucson for 22 years and I enjoy cycling and running. I live nearby and I used to use this property as my office before I retired. I do a lot of traveling now, but I still enjoy hanging out in Tucson because of the wonderful climate and the people.
Studio Speedway is located in the historic Feldman's neighborhood and is surrounded by other historic neighborhoods. The University of Arizona, downtown and historic 4th Ave are all nearby and a walkable distance.
