Other details to note Please understand that Florida have a subtropical and tropical climate. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our community and/or in and around our home, including but not limited to birds, lizards, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches/palmeto bugs, bees, spiders, mosquitoes, wasps to name a few. We do spray in advance in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidents of bugs.
