Stunning luxury 3 bedrooms 3.5 bath Brand new construction homey townhouse in the heart of Sherman Oaks. Sleeps 8 guests. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom located on Quiet Street, Close to everything, minutes to 405 and 101 freeways, shops, restaurants, Universal Studios, Rodeo Drive, Downtown L.A. Hollywood, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Hikes & More. Walking distance to public transportation. Set for guests with everything needed, large smart TV w/Netflix & YouTube TV. Very clean.

In our opinion, the best way to tour LA is by renting a car or using an Uber. Public transportation is within walking distance. Our building is located on a private street and there is plenty of parking on the street.
