This modern and highly designed space is located across the street from Trader Joes and right near the highway to get into the canyons quickly!! Be at any ski resort in 35 minutes! Enjoy the convenient shopping and dining and cafes that Sugarhouse has to offer! You will be emailed a property manual on the day of check-in which outlines the wonderful features of this property, a guide to local places of interest and also the various rules which need to be adhered to for the benefit of all residents and guests. Resident amenities such as the gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities.
