The back patio is beautifully landscaped, spacious enough for alfresco dining, and features a private hot tub. Inside, the open floor plan boasts a comfortable living space, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a charming dining area that seats four. THINGS TO KNOW -Please be aware that the Russian River area has many narrow, windy roads, and that many homes are on hills and some have many stairs. If either of these factors could be an issue for you, please discuss your concerns with us before booking a home. -Docks, river access, and watercraft (if applicable) are seasonal. Please contact us for details on availability. -This home does not have AC. -Maximum occupancy is four guests. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed. -This property is managed by Vacasa Seasonal Inc.
