The Summerlin is a wonderful property - not a high rise and only 30 condos in the building! The pool is a great size, located on the beach side and heated in the winter months. The property has garage parking and BBQ grills. This condo is beautifully decorated and very well stocked! The master bedroom has a king size bed and it is BEACH FRONT with an entry to the beach front balcony. A 40" LED TV and DVD player in the master bedroom for your entertainment and a Bose radio/CD player.The beach front living room has a brand new sofa, plenty of comfortable seating and a 47" flat screen TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed and a 36" LED flat screen TV plus Samsung Blu-Ray DVD player as well. All rooms have amazing decor including the bathrooms with new hard wood flooring throughout the bedrooms. The kitchen is very spacious with granite counter tops including the island, all major appliances and EVERYTHING you might need to prepare a delicious meal for your loved ones. Very well stocked!!! Let's not forget the unbelievable views from the 5th floor! As soon as you walk into this prime condo, an amazing view will greet you!
