Expansive Views, Upgraded Marble Bathrooms, New Paint, New Furniture. Additional Fee for you to be our guests at Members Club - Topsail Beach And Racquet Club for Clay Courts and fitness center has wet and dry sauna with discounts offered onsite restaurants and bars. Neighbors the Topsail Nature Preserve so be prepared to stop for deer , red foxes, numerous birds, wildlife and photo opportunities! Beach is only a quick walk about 175 steps. Private Beach has watercraft rentals, beach chair rentals, and beach pool. Blue Dune Beach Pool, Bar and Restaurant is perfect for lunch, dinner, or just hanging with friends at the Beach Bar. Please Tip your waitresses and bartenders.
