Have a fun-filled family vacation, with your pooch in tow! This Port Aransas 2BR/2BA house has a balcony and yard, plus a prime location near the playground and skate park. Easy access to shops, the beach, and Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Welcome to your Port A vacation home! The wide driveway has parking for 6 vehicles and the back yard is fully fenced with lots of grassy space - perfect for the kids and the dog alike!
Entrance to the home is via a covered balcony, where plush seating for five create an inviting spot for al fresco dining.
Inside, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests, a love seat, and a 50" Sony Smart TV with Blu-ray and satellite.
The dining table seats 4, with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. There’s also a queen sleeper sofa and a small desk.
The kitchen has ample counter space, an electric stove/oven, double sink, and lots of countertop equipment for coffee, snacks, and more.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The en-suite bath has a shower/tub combination.
The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and a large closet, and the adjoining bathroom has a walk-in shower with bench seating.
THE LOCATION
This family-friendly spot is poised for maximum convenience. In the mood for shopping? Wander down to South Alister Street .8 miles away, where you’ll find beachwear, groceries, bottle shops, and plenty of eateries to tantalize your taste buds.
Nature enthusiasts will love the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, just steps away and offers a tranquil space for wildlife watching. It’s .5 miles to the community park, where you can lounge in the pool while the kids enjoy the playground.
If the kids aren’t worn out from a day of outdoor activities, let them play in the huge fenced backyard while you sit on the balcony and watch the sunset.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
