The wide driveway has parking for 6 vehicles and the back yard is fully fenced with lots of grassy space - perfect for the kids and the dog alike! Entrance to the home is via a covered balcony, where plush seating for five create an inviting spot for al fresco dining. Inside, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests, a love seat, and a 50" Sony Smart TV with Blu-ray and satellite. The dining table seats 4, with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. There’s also a queen sleeper sofa and a small desk. The kitchen has ample counter space, an electric stove/oven, double sink, and lots of countertop equipment for coffee, snacks, and more. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The en-suite bath has a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and a large closet, and the adjoining bathroom has a walk-in shower with bench seating. THE LOCATION This family-friendly spot is poised for maximum convenience. In the mood for shopping?
