Upon entering this bright and airy home, you will notice that all bedrooms are located on the first floor - each bedroom enjoys a smart TV with streaming services and an en suite bathroom. This floor also features a laundry area with a washer/dryer, which is ideal for longer stays. The second floor offers a light-filled open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The welcoming living room is all about comfort with inviting sofas throughout and a large smart TV with streaming services - curl up on your favorite armchair or on the extensive sectional and get ready for an exciting evening at home! From here, access a furnished balcony with views of the neighboring homes, which is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book. The spacious kitchen is a chef's playground with all stainless steel appliances, including a double-door fridge, stove with a range, oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, convection oven, and Keurig coffee maker.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
