MY NEIGHBORS ARE FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. I KNOW MOST OF THEM ON A PERSONAL BASIS. THERE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSIT IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD Golf community is close to everything and easy access to the 101 freeway. Which make it easy to travel to the surrounding cities!! PRIVATE PARKING 18 MILES AWAY FROM THE AIRPORT AND THIS HOUSE IS CLOSE TO THE FREEWAY ACCESS
