Prepare grand meals and touring snacks in the sophisticated eat-in kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is provided for those who need to work remotely. Things to Know The house has its own private dock and boat slip. The on-site boat ramp is shared with the other two homes: River Watcher and River Bend. There are 12 kayaks for rent with paddles and lifejackets for 25 dollars per day. Wood is not always provided for the firepit. There is a wagon on the property under the house for collecting wood. The fireplace is not operational. This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
