The 1st floor contains the beautiful living room with 20-foot ceilings, a stunning stone gas fireplace, a 70-inch flatscreen TV, and picturesque mountain and meadow views. Next to the living room is an open dining room that seats 10 and a high-end chef’s kitchen with all new stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, two sinks, custom live edge granite countertops, and plenty of storage. In addition, there is a mud room with a separate entrance, a laundry with washer and dryer and sink, a large pantry, and a powder room. From the first floor living and dining area, you can also access the back covered porch with additional outdoor dining and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace perfect for roasting s’mores or enjoying a glass of red wine on a winter evening. Grill your favorite meal on the gas grill. SweetGrass Getaway comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and offers four bedrooms designed in a modern mountain style. Each bedroom has their own private ensuite with custom tile, quartz countertops, and high-end finishes. The first floor master bedroom is an inviting space with a king bed, TV, and private ensuite. The beautiful bathroom contains a double vanity, soaking tub, and tiled shower. Upstairs, you will find the ideal kids room complete with four custom-built bunk beds, leather bean bag chairs, a flat screen smart TV, and as an added bonus, a wall-mounted arcade game. Your kids may never want to leave! There are additional king and queen suites on the second floor, both the TVs, views, and an ensuite. Rounding out the upstairs is a cozy loft area ideal for reading, rainy day naps, or playing cards and board games, which are stocked at the home for your enjoyment. Additional amenities at SweetGrass Getaway include high-speed Wi-Fi and brand-new smart TVs set up for guests to login to their own streaming accounts or access local cable and other channels through Roku.
