This classic shingle style home features three bedrooms and a spacious backyard and patio, perfect for a family to spread out and relax. Wood paneled walls and flooring provide a touch of vintage charm, while homey fixtures and furnishings offer a cozy environment for enjoying time together. The central living room is a great gathering place, with a flatscreen smart TV, DVD/VHS player, and books galore. A galley style kitchen comes well-equipped with full-size appliances and ready to prepare delicious family dishes at home. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area offering strong natural lighting and views of the backyard. In Summer months, the back patio is the perfect outdoor space. Fire up the gas grill and join the family for some al fresco dining at the outdoor, six-seater dining table after a day at the beach. When it's time to explore, take advantage of the home's great access to the area's stunning coastline and best eateries. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
