Thanks to its coveted corner position on the top floor of an oceanfront building, this Nye Beach condo enjoys spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, downtown Newport, and unforgettable nightly sunsets. Spend your days collecting seashells on the beach downstairs and your evenings sipping cocktails or cocoa outside on the covered balcony.
This condo enjoys a prime beachfront location in the historic Nye Beach neighborhood of Newport. It's a fantastic spot for exploring on foot, with a number of restaurants and shops in the surrounding blocks. You'll also be close to the Newport Historic Bayfront (one mile), Agate Beach State Recreation Site (one mile), the renowned Oregon Coast Aquarium (two miles), and the whale-watching epicenter of Depoe Bay (13 miles).
Whether you're visiting in summer or winter, the south- and west-facing windows fill the condo with gorgeous views and natural light. Begin each morning on the balcony, breathing in the fragrant ocean air with a fresh cup of coffee in hand.
Enjoy an open kitchen with every essential, an adjacent dining table, and a window-lined living room where you can keep one eye on the smart TV and the other on the breathtaking view. In the evenings, you'll find a second smart TV in the bedroom, complimentary WiFi throughout the condo, and two full bathrooms for your convenience - one to pair with the bedroom and the other for the guest on the living room sofabed.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
