WATERFRONT - Topside is ON, not just overlooking, not just near to, but ON the waters of PLEASANT BAY. To the east, most windows give unobstructed views of sun and moon rises and, in times of high surf, breakers on Nauset Beach. To the north, there is a quiet public beach and look to the west for unbelievable sunsets. Children and adults of all ages can learn to sail, refresh their sailing skills or rent a sailboat at Pleasant Bay Community Boating located 200 yards to the south of Topside. Guests can fish, swim, canoe, kayak, etc. from their front door. Plentiful mussels can be harvested in front of the house; Softshell clams (Steamers) can be scratched at the nearby town landing and hardshell clams (quahogs and cherrystones) can be raked in nearby waters. (Permit required). Swim and fish off your private swim steps or from our dock. If you have a boat, arrangements can be made for tying up to the dock and/or one of our moorings. Ample parking for 2 full-sized automobiles and space to store bicycles, surfboards, etc. Both the Boathouse and the Main House have fully-equipped kitchens, refrigerators with ice-makers, gas barbecue grills, indoor and outdoor showers and tables, chairs and chaises for outdoor activities.

David is from Chatham and Anna is from Tuscany. Topside was built in the 1930's by David's grandfather and has been a vacation retreat for many families for three generations.

WATERFRONT - Water sports are at your doorstep. Sailing classes are available 2oo yards away at Pleasant Bay Community Boating and there are many golf courses and tennis courts in the immediate area.
