Each is designed for comfort, featuring plush sofas, Smart TVs, and ample seating for everyone. The main living room boasts an L-shaped sofa, pillows, and blankets, perfect for a movie night. If there's a dispute over what to watch, the second living room offers an alternative spot to unwind with its own cozy setup and TV. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchens, each stocked with modern appliances and spacious granite countertops. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. An optional fee of USD 32 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
