Welcome to our charming carriage house nestled near the river and surrounded by local attractions! A perfect place for two. Relax and unwind in style after a day of adventures! Try your luck at the nearby Belterra casino, explore the local restaurants and bars, marinas, take a stroll along the river, visit the nearby park, or drive to the Ark Encounter, just a short trip from our location. I am a realtor in the area, and my husband and I love Warsaw. We purchased this property which includes the Carriage House, an 1800's federalist home, and a historic barn. We are working to restore the main house and it has become a passion project.
There are marinas nearby, so it's a great place to bring your boat (and our parking will accommodate that as well. We are located one block from the river, which is perfect for strolling. Belterra Casino is across the river, the Ark Encounter is a scenic 30 minute drive, and there are multiple restaurants and bars in walking distance.
