We are native Charlestonian that want to share Charleston's way of life with you!
We just finished working on the houses for 8 years using every reclaimed piece of heart pine, tin, and old slate that we could re-use or find. The buildings are impressive to see inside and out. We think you will enjoy. Here you can live by relaxing both indoors and outdoors.
You will be three blocks from King Street. Cannon Street dead ends into King where you would be right in the middle of all the activity - many nice restaurants such as The Darling, the Grocery, Ordinary and Indaco, good places to have drinks like Stars, the Belmont, Republic and Prohibition. There are also great niche restaurants closer than King Street. Pick the experience - fine dining to relaxed outdoor dining, it is here.
We are available for questions as needed. Glad to assist in any way we can.
Remember that before the advent of air conditioning, Charlestonian's tended to congregate on their porches to socialize and spend time to enjoy a cool sea breeze. There are rocking chairs on the porch making it a great place to relax with a book while watching the happenings on Cannon Street!
