Italianate1860 home located in the historic district within walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops. 15-minute drive to Wrightsville Beach. There is a convenience store located across the street. We have three separate rooms for rent, with shared bathrooms or you can rent out the whole space. no kitchen. Refridgerator, microwave, and coffee maker are available.

We love traveling ourselves and meeting new people!

Wilmington's Historic district, near the downtown area. Nice walkable neighborhood. If you love to see history and architecture you will love this location. Walking distance to downtown which has many shops and restaurants, and also within walking distance to Live Oak Pavillion, which hosts many concerts.
