Welcome to our space! We love connecting with old and new friends and hope to make your stay here comfortable. Brad and I have lived in the Dallas area for over a decade. We can give you some great suggestions if you're looking for somewhere to eat or just something to do. We both love hanging out in Deep Ellum where you can find some of the best live music around and we also love just going to see a movie at Alamo Draft House, right outside of downtown. We have a one year old and can offer suggestions for the whole family. We'd be happy to host you. We give our guests space but are available via Airbnb messages, text, and phone.

Welcome to the Eastside Flat, perfectly located just outside Downtown Dallas. You’re only minutes from Fair Park, Greenville, and Deep Ellum—areas full of exciting activities. The building, originally built in the 1960s, has been updated with modern accents for your comfort. Expect original foundation and layout.
