After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system. Service Animals: We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay. Pets are not allowed in the building by our guests, but you may contact us to discuss potential exceptions.
