The community pool, community basketball court, community miniature golf, boat dock, and marina are all maintained by the resort and must adhere to the resort’s regulations in these areas. The resort charges a daily fee for the beach, and swimming pool. The swimming pool is a seasonal amenity that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. As of 2025, the pool is undergoing renovations and may not be available for use.
