Aloha! My name is Rosalba. I love animals and the outdoors. The best medicine is the natural Vit D from being in the sun all day, feeling the breeze , falling in to a muddy pot hole, going for a bike ride , going for a joy ride, a road trip, a walk with the dogs, going for any trail and hike it, and going for a run ...just about anything makes me happy :) Just being outside is enough for me. I first visited the Island of Hawaii in 2008 and immediately fell in love with the people and the island. The first thought that came out of my mouth was, "Wow, I can retire in here." I'll eventually reach that dream, but in the mean while, I want to share my home with others that want to visit the island and hopefully my guests fall in love with the island and its people like I did!

Owner hosted - Upper unit. Walking distance to the Magic Sands and Kahalu'u beach park, we are half block off of Ali'i Dr. 1500 sq/ft of comfort and 400+ sq/ft of lanai, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A master suite with KS bed and an on suite bath and AC. bedroom 2 has a QN size bed & bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a shared full bath. Full kitchen with all necessities. The living room has a tv and AC. The dining room has sitting for 9. The lanai has a partial ocean view, with nice ocean breezes. No children/kids Blazing WIFI Complimentary AC, Complimentary Washer and Dryer -guests must provide their own detergent Complimentary One vehicle parking Propane BBQ For the beach a cooler, beach chairs one umbrella and beach towels. Baby items available upon request; safety gates, pack and play -linen , cot and high chair. Please get familiar with the "Hawaii Bill 108" the good neighbor bill

Even though we are near the beach, this is a quiet residential neighborhood of small lots and close neighbors. The property is located in Ali'i Heights near Ali'i drive between walking distance to two known worldwide beaches. The Hawaii Bill 108 is enforced in this neighborhood. Quiet areas are between 9 pm and 8 am
