Enter your vacation home after exciting outings and you'll be greeted by a gorgeous two-sided gas fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone surround partitions in the main living area and den on the first floor. Spend time together lounging on the comfortable furniture in the living area or the den watching your favorite shows on the 42” Roku TV. Sleek gray countertops contrast stylishly with the all-white cabinets and a tiled backsplash in the chef’s kitchen, while high-end appliances include a five-burner gas range and a double oven. Prepping meals has never been more scenic with picturesque views of Eastern Bay. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table with seating for your guests, or eat on the deck amidst amazing waterfront views. Speaking of the great outdoors, play games in the backyard or enjoy the warm ambience of the fire pit. When evening falls, fire up the grill and dine alfresco at the two tables on the expansive deck. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
