    「The space was amazing. Old building so no elevator. The terrace was awesome. More than enough space for all. Nightlife was active with many locations to hangout in. Restaurants a plenty. I felt safe and comfortable. The beds were great.」

    「We really liked the location. It was a nice walk to shops and restaurants and close to attractions. We were able to see a few fireworks on the rooftop. Great view at night with all the city lights on. That was a treat.」

The Penthouse is a large and luxurious 2,400 sqft, 2-story apartment located in the heart of OTR with a rooftop terrace overlooking Main street. You'll be a few steps away from iconic OTR establishments like Coffee Emporium, Pins Mechanical Co., Goodfellas pizza, Gomez tacos, Insomnia cookies and the Rhinehaus bar. When you're not out exploring all that OTR has to offer, check out the rooftop balcony with fire pit, 412-game cocktail arcade table, shuffle board, city views, and more.

Right in the heart of OTR! If you're looking for a fun trip in downtown Cincinnati, you can't find a better location! Located near Main St. in Over the Rhine, Walkable to everywhere in OTR, and only 20-minute walk to the Banks. The Connector train car stops right outside the apartment. Uber is plentiful in the area. Metered parking is available all around the block, and overnight parking is available at the 3CDC Kroger on the Rhine garage right across the block.
