Any complaints may lead to instant eviction with no refund. ** Pool is private but nonheated. Open during warm months only~May-Sept. ** No lifeguard at duty, use swimming pool, spa at your own risk. ** Max cars 5 at any time and must not be on street. Only garage or driveway allowed ** Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front and back yard, pool/spa area, at the doorbell, and also in the garage for the security of owner's belongings. **There are noise level monitoring devices to comply with residential quiet hours.
