@TheSageChalet is a charming and modern family-friendly home centrally located to many community and Pocono Mountains attractions! Situated in beautiful Emerald Lakes, guests are able to purchase amenity passes to enjoy the many lakes, beaches, indoor & outdoor pools that the community offers. When you feel like venturing out you're just a short drive to Mt. Airy Casino, Kalahari Water Park, Great Wolf Lodge, Camelback & Pocono Raceway.
The Space:
3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom cozy chalet. First level features a fully stocked, modern, eat-in Kitchen, Stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker & Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender. Seating for 6 at the dining table. Living room with a Smart TV, gas burning fireplace. 2 Queen Bedrooms along with 1 Full bath with tub. Upstairs loft has 2 twin beds, a Roku TV, DVD player, Foosball table & seating area complete with bean bags. Outside deck showcases a propane grill, dining table, propane fire pit & plenty of seating. Backyard has another wood burning Firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs & hammock. Games for all ages!
**Sheets & Towels provided. GUESTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN BLANKETS/COMFORTERS**
Outdoor security cameras record video 24/7 for our safety and guests' safety.
Parking for 4 vehicles is allowed on the driveway only.

Emerald Lakes offers 6 lakes, beaches, boating and fishing, An indoor pool and outdoor pool along with playgrounds for kids. Amenities passes are available for purchase. PA Fishing License and Emerald Lakes Fishing Permit Required. Access to Lakes is less than 1 mile from home.
