Incredible views await at this two-story condo in Sandbridge, where you can admire the blue ocean, soaring pelicans, and playful dolphins for miles.
Step inside to find a granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances and flatscreen smart TVs with built-in wireless capabilities, so you can watch a variety of streaming services in addition to regular TV. The three-bedroom floor plan boasts a loft as well, which serves as both an additional bedroom and a play area for the kids with a sectional sofa and a 60-inch TV.
Enjoy ceramic tile in the foyer, the kitchen, and the bathrooms, as well as designer comforters in the bedrooms. There's even a jetted bathtub in the primary bedroom suite. Best of all, this condo is located in the heart of Sandbridge - within walking distance of the lifeguarded beach, the market, and shops.
On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a community kitchen, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators.
THINGS TO KNOW
The garage storage closet is not for guest use
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage.
This includes lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. They are fire hazards. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
