Centrally located in the heart of Sandbridge is the gated condo community of Sandbridge Dunes. At this lovely condo, you can take in beautiful ocean views from your south-facing deck.
Step inside to find a custom kitchen with granite countertops, tile bathrooms, and a great floor plan that allows for comfort and relaxation. Enjoy your day at the beach, then come home to relax in the primary suite's jetted tub. Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, a TV with a VCR/DVD player, and a Keurig coffee maker to make your mornings all the more pleasant.
This optimum location will allow you easy walking access to the beach, the market, restaurants, and local seaside shops. On the grounds of the complex, you'll find a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a community kitchen, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators.
THINGS TO KNOW
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.
Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage.
This includes lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. They are fire hazards. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
