The interior of this home is flooded with natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped island kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and counter seating or dine at the nearby table that can comfortably seat eight. After meals, relax in the spacious living area and stream all your favorite TV channels using your own private accounts. This home also includes a private washer/dryer to help you keep your beach towels and swimsuits bright and clean. Sleeping options include two primary bedrooms, one up and one down, both with king sized beds and both have their own private bathroom and shower. The upstairs also includes a kid-friendly bunk room with a twin and full bed and across the hall, a fourth spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and hall bathroom and bathtub. Shared amenities at The Reserve include a bayfront community pool, pier, fishing dock & fish cleaning stations, kayaks, SUP, hammocks, a boardwalk, and firepit ideal for meeting your neighbors and closing out your days under the starry night sky. Just a short drive away, you can wander around town stopping in numerous local shops, explore Goose Island State Park, tour the Fulton Mansion, or lounge about on Rockport Beach only 11 miles south. Things to Know Weddings and parties are prohibited. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
