The Woodside Guest House is a minimally decorated, beautifully restored historic townhome located in the heart of Fayetteville’s charming Haymount District. This lovely home has been divided into two separate apartments, each sharing only one interior wall.This unit is easily found by the teal colored front door! Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a coffee bar for your convenience. The two bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the upper level, each featuring a cozy queen-sized bed for a comfortable stay. A smart TV located in the living room and one bedroom in Roku Guest Mode so you can stream your favorites without worry! WiFi included! Both units features a private entrance and designated parking space, ensuring a comfortable and independent stay. Enjoy a home away from home in a quiet, historic residential neighborhood, just minutes from local restaurants, cafés, and downtown attractions.

The Woodside Guest House is located in Fayetteville’s charming Haymount District, with great restaurants and bars just around the corner. We highly recommend a short drive to explore Historic Downtown Fayetteville. The Historic Haymount neighborhood is truly the gem of Fayetteville, and our neighbors take great pride in their homes. Please be respectful and keep noise to a minimum between 9 PM and 6 AM. Local favorites include LeClair’s General Store for coffee and gifts, Latitude 35 for pub-style dining, and nearby attractions like the 1897 Poe House and the Airborne & Special Operations Museum. A car is strongly recommended, though Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.
