You will be in the heart of the town of Upper Pagosa, which offers coffee shops, breakfast nooks, restaurants, breweries, a grocery store, ski/bike rentals and more. Lower Pagosa is a five-minute drive down the hill where you will find more restaurants, breweries, unique hot springs and boutique shops. Wolf Creek Ski Resort (the most snow in Colorado) is about 30 minutes up the mountain. The house is surrounded by the beautiful and challenging 27-hole Pagosa Springs Public Golf Club. The clubhouse is approximately 150 yards from the house, backs up to the ninth hole of the Pinon course and looks out over the waters of the Meadows course as well as the 1st and 9th hole
