Mandatory Damage Waiver A non-refundable service charge is included with every reservation. This charge provides guests with an Accidental Damage Waiver during their stay at Timberwood Cabin in Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. The waiver protects against accidental damage to the property during your stay. In the event of damage, guests are required to pay a small portion of the cost as a co-pay. If the damage exceeds the coverage limit of Three Thousand Dollars, the primary guest will be Fully responsible for any additional repair or replacement costs, along with the co-pay of Three Hunderd Dollars. This waiver does not cover intentional damage, negligence, or failure to report incidents. Please Note: The service charge is mandatory and non-refundable, regardless of whether any damage occurs.
