The ground level has a carport, an under-house entry, an outdoor shower, and a lovely private pool. Step inside the first level to find a tiled game room with a pool table, a mini-bar with a sink, a mini-fridge, a dishwasher, and deck access to the pool. The first bedroom has a pyramid bed and semi-private access to a hallway bathroom. There's a primary suite on the second floor with a TV, a DVD player, and a bathroom with a tub/shower. The laundry nook is convenient for all. The third bedroom features deck access to a private hot tub, and a bathroom with a tub/shower shared with the fourth bedroom, offering a TV and deck access. The upstairs great room showcases tall ceilings, resort-style furniture, a TV and DVD player, and deck access. The well-equipped tiled kitchen has all the necessities, a breakfast bar, and a sound view dining area. The sundeck ends in a screened porch with a picnic table and an extra sun tower level. The fifth bedroom is a suite with a TV, a DVD player, and a semi-private hallway bath. Choose Time and Tide for an unforgettable vacation date! Things to Know The fireplace is not available for guest use. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
